Adrian Guerra
Adrián Guerra (Guayaquil, Ecuador, 1993). Biologist (graduated from ESPOL) and Master in Social Communication of Scientific Research (VIU), with a diploma in Education for Sustainable Development (CIDES). President of the Fundación Societat Psicodélica del Ecuador (Psychedelic Society Foundation of Ecuador). Author of the book América Enteogénica (2025), which weaves together historical, anthropological, literary, and psychopharmacological information, among other disciplines. He has written the article Psychedelic Studies in Ecuador (19th–21st Centuries): A Brief History (forthcoming).
He co-founded Revista Minka and the Journal on Psychedelics and Entheogens for the Ibero-American Federation of Psychedelics and Entheogens (FIPE). Additionally, he is a co-founder of Ecosophia Ecuador, an organization that promotes environmental education combined with meditative, playful, and artistic practices, as well as ecotherapy.
As a poet, under the pseudonym Adrián della Guerra, he has produced a forthcoming work (EnteoMusas: Rapto a los Dramas del Humus y el Alma). As a psychonaut, he explores dreams, reveries, and archetypes, and participates in the Zoomorphic Dances project to revitalize cultural practices in the coastal communities of his country.
